Production Operations Manager
Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate plant operations (production, materials movement, engineering, quality of production, machine maintenance and facility maintenance) within company policies and procedures.
• Assists in establishing and primarily responsible for the execution of all plant procedures to ensure plant maintains acceptable standard of cleanliness and safety.
• Responsible for achieving daily/weekly/monthly/annual plant production goals.
• Executes the delivery of all shift production schedules and ensures appropriate staffing exists to meet production and safety goals.
• Oversee selection and training of all staff in production, inspection, materials movement, engineering, quality, machine maintenance and facility maintenance.
• Plans and executes all plant communication.
• Works with other department heads (purchasing, finance, human resources, IT, etc.) to ensure coordination of activities.
• Actively promotes continuous improvement initiatives.
